400 W. Elm is a new 445,000+ sq. ft., 348-unit apartment complex coming to the Conshohocken community. The ultra-luxury residential apartments will be some of the first of its kind in the area. The project is valued at $105 million.

The 13-story building will sit on 10.5 acres in the Borough of Conshohocken. Residents will enjoy amenities ranging from a clubhouse, fitness center, a courtyard with outdoor cooking features, an elevated swimming pool deck, and a rooftop with unbeatable views of Conshohocken, the Schuylkill River, and surrounding neighborhoods.

Additionally, there will be a three-level, 226 space precast garage and 270 surface parking spaces. The project also anticipates a widening of the road on Elm Street and relocation of the Schuylkill River Trail/new trail parking lot.

400 W. Elm is made possible through Equus Capital Partners and thoughtfully designed by JDavis Architects. Construction started officially this past Fall of 2021 and is anticipated to complete in September 2023.
